About

My career started with small business startups and real estate development before moving into trust and estate planning law and asset protection. In 2008, I launched a trusts and estates law practice in Florida, which I operated for 15 years.
Over that time, I worked with thousands of people — wealthy and average alike — across a full range of estate planning, asset protection, real estate, small business, and wealth transfer concerns. I've earned legal licenses and accreditations in California, Florida, and Minnesota.
In 2018, I co-founded Insurance and Estate Strategies LLC, building a platform focused on strategic life insurance and permanent products. I was recognized by Penn Mutual with their Century Club award in 2021 and earned the AEP® designation in 2024 for multi-disciplinary estate planning expertise.
Today, my focus is coaching families in legacy preservation and wealth transfer — concerns that extend far beyond the documents.
Most people operate with offense calling all the plays while defense lingers in the background — if it's even on the field. Modern estate planning leaves too many critical questions unanswered.
I prioritize:
"Most people have the documents. Very few have a structure that works."
